Ordered products
Some flowers may not be available at the time of order as they are seasonal and not available every season of the year. Information about this will be provided in the product information section. Please contact customer service (+994557770510) in advance when you want to buy these flowers. Otherwise, "Baku Local Florist" service has the right to replace them or replace auxiliary flowers and greenery.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered for FREE on the specified date. Orders are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Baku, Azerbaijan time. Urgent (same day) delivery is charged. Also, delivery charges may vary on different days. Such days include March 8 - International Women's Day, February 14 - Valentine's Day, etc. such as holidays are included. At the same time, evening and night delivery fees will be at special rates. You can find prices on the delivery rates page. The prices will change automatically according to the dates and times you set during the order and will be seen in the payment section.

Please place your order as far in advance as possible so that we can prepare and deliver it in the best possible way. Orders for more than one month will not be accepted. Delivery service can be to the following locations:

In the "Delivery Note" section of the order, please note what the courier should do if the person to be delivered is not present. Otherwise, the courier will return the goods either to a neighbor (if it is a home), or to a colleague (if it is an office), or back to the store. If the order is returned to the store, the customer must pick up the item himself or pay an additional service fee for redelivery.
* Free delivery is carried out only to addresses within the city of Baku.
** If the "Baku Local Florist" service cannot deliver the order within the specified period of time due to unavoidable reasons or due to special circumstances such as weather opposition, traffic interruption, it will inform the person who ordered the situation, and in this case, the customer's order will be canceled, the product will be replaced and/or or may use one of the possibilities of postponement until the removal of the obstacle to delivery.
***Please place your order as far in advance as possible due to the high number of orders in the run-up to holidays (March 8th, February 14th, New Year's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) so that we can ensure it is delivered on time.

Payment
Payment can be made by bank card (Visa, MC) or cash to the courier.

Refund
Customers should carefully inspect the delivered goods upon delivery and report any complaints to customer service. If the product is spoiled, damaged or too different from the picture, it is possible to change it, and for this the order must be returned to the courier. Otherwise, it will not be possible to return the delivered flower bouquet that has fallen into the home conditions.

"Baku Local Florist" service is not responsible for delivery problems based on incorrect information given by the customer during the order (subject of the order, person to be delivered, delivery address, time, etc.).

In certain cases, funds can be returned based on mutual agreement. In these cases:
In the case of payments made by the buyer's payment card, the amount of the order is credited to the bank account, normally within 10 days after its cancellation. Due to the fact that the transfer of the amount to the card user's bank account through this transaction depends entirely on the bank and the processing center, it is not possible to interfere with this process by the "Baku Local Florist" service in any way due to the delays and the amount paid back to the payment card by the bank in the card user's account acknowledges that it may take up to 1 month to be reflected.

In the process of processing your order, we fully guarantee that the information will remain completely confidential and will not be shared with third parties. The person who will receive the order can read the information about the orderer only from the Postcard.
